At With Love and Cocoa, each of our wooden boxes is made with love and carefully customized to reflect your unique vision. Because every order is personalized just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. If you notice an issue or error in your customization, reach out to us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can do our best to assist you.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll be happy to review your case and offer a resolution if appropriate.

Processing Time: Please allow up to 3 business days for processing at our fulfillment center before your order is shipped. This allows us to carefully prepare and package your items to ensure their quality and condition upon arrival.

Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 2pm Friday PST will start processing the following Monday. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience during this time, as our team works diligently to fulfill all orders in the order they are received.

Shipping Time: Shipping times are calculated after processing and after the item has shipped. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate estimate of when your package will arrive.

Postal Service Delays: While we strive to provide prompt and reliable shipping services, please note that we are not responsible for unforeseen delays caused by the Postal Service. Factors such as weather conditions, customs clearance, and other external factors may impact the delivery timeframe. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Black Friday Cyber Monday Sale: During our Black Friday Cyber Monday Sale, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for processing time prior to shipping. The high volume of orders during this period may require extra time for our team to fulfill and ship your items.

Lost or Stolen Items: We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once they have been delivered to the address provided by the customer. It is important to ensure that the shipping address is accurate and secure. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the Postal Service directly for further assistance.
